83 Main Street is a delightful traditional three bedroom terraced cottage with central heating throughout which has been refurbished and equipped to a high standard.

The ground floor consists of a well equipped and spacious kitchen/diner with exposed beams and an inglenook fireplace. There is an electric cooker with double oven and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and family-sized fridge-freezer. A rear porch houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
The dining table seats eight comfortably. There is a traditional wooden settle at the fireplace. Windows to front and rear garden. A pulley-type clothes dryer is above the fireplace to provide additional drying. The walk-in cupboard under the stairs stores the iron, ironing board, clothes horse etc.
There is also a good sized lounge with windows to front and overlooking rear garden An open fire and for the odd occasions when the sun isn't shining a LCD TV, DVD player, books, games and wi-fi connection.
To the rear of the cottage is a sheltered patio area with lawn and mature borders, equipped with garden furniture and barbecue. Further back there is an outhouse for storing bikes and other equipment and off road parking for 2 cars. A rear porch houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and central heating boiler and is ideal for storing coats and footwear.
On the first floor of the cottage there are 3 good sized bedrooms (a double and 2 twins) and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double wardrobe and drawer space. Fitted carpets.
Electric shower over bath. Shaving point. Bed linen and towels (but not beach towels) are provided and electricity is included in the rental tariff.
